Delta State Poly Ogwashi-Uku:2014/15 POST UTME APPLICATION FORM

Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku Wishes to Invite Eligible
Candidates for Admission Into the 2014/2015 Academic session into it
full time ND program listed below.

REQUIREMENT FOR ELIGIBILTY

GCE 'O' Level, SSCE (WAEC & NECO), NABTEB or its equivalent with at
least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects in not more than two
(2) sittings.

A minimum score of 150 at the 2014 UTME.


SCHOOL PROGRAMS

School of Business Studies: Accountancy, Business Administration,
Office Technology and Management, Mass Communication.

School of Engineering: Mechanical Engineering, Welding and
Fabrication, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Foundry Engineering,
Computer Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering.

School of Applied Science: Hospitality, Computer Science, Mathematics
and Statistics. School of Art & Design: Fashion Design and Clothing
Technology, Fine and Applied Art.


APPLICATION FEE

(i) The Application Fee for all ND candidates is N3,500 (Three
thousand five hundred naira) only and N1,000 for Processing Charge.

(ii) The Application Fee for all HND candidates is N8,000 (Eight
thousand naira) only and N1,000 for Processing Charge.

(iii) Nonrefundable policy is applicable.


METHOD OF APPLICATION

Payment should be made online with Inter-Switch/Verve/Master ATM Cards
only. Log on to www.dspgportal.edu.ng and click Online Registration
and follow the instructions for the registration strictly.

SCREENING DATE

The Post UTME Exams holds on Saturday 16th August, 2014.

Delta State Polytechnic Otefe-Oghara: 2014/2015 Post UTME Screening Details Cut Off Mark

The management Board of Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara invites applications from qualified candidates for it 2014/2015 Post UTME screening exercise. All candidates who choose Delta State Poly Otefe Oghara as his/her first or second choice and scored 150 and above in the last 2014 UTME are invited to the screening exam. Candidates who chose other polytechnics but wish to change to Delta Poly Otefe can still apply provided they changed institution with JAMB.

How To Apply:

All Eligible and Prospective candidates are to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Three thousand, Five hundred naira only (N3,500.00) for the screening forms at any branch of the following banks nationwide;

Screening forms are available for collection at Admissions Office, Delta State Poly Otefe-Oghara on the presentation of bursary receipt of N3,500.00 processing fee.

Screening Date And Details:

The screening exercise is bound to take place in all departments on the scheduled dates as follows, 14th and 15th August, 2014.

Document required for the screening are;
1) JAMB and Internet Result slip.
2) O/L results.
3) Certificate of Local Government of Origin.
4) Two recent passport photographs.
5) The Screening Form (photocopy).
6) Writing materials.

The application forms for the post utme should reach the Admissions office on or before 12th August, 2014.
