FUTO 2014/2015 Direct Entry Form Is Out

FUTO Direct Entry Form is out and now on sale, for admission into  the 2014/2015 academic session.Prospective candidates can now apply following the procedures below.


Method of Application

A. Eligible candidates should pay the sum of two thousand naira (N2,000.00) only excluding switch fee using e-Tranzact platform at any branch of any of the following banks in the country:
FUTO Microfinance Bank
 First Bank
 Diamond Bank
 UBA PLC
 Keystone Bank
 Mainstreet Bank

B. Candidates should collect an e-Tranzact slip from the bank and proceed to complete the application form with the e-Tranzact receipt number and pin at: de.futo.edu.ng

(i)  Click on the Direct entry on-line application form and follow the instructions.
(ii) Complete the application form carefully.
(iii)Upload your passport photograph (photo size should not be more than 10kb in jpeg or gif format).
(iv) Preview the completed form and submit when you are sure of your entry.
(v)  Print the completed on-line registration form.

Important Dates:

August 13, 2014 to August 28, 2014       –     On-line Registration at de.futo.edu.ng

Portal will close on midnight August 28, 2014.
