AKSU:2014/2015 Post UTME Form is Out,Screening Details and Cut off Mark Here

This is to inform all Candidates who applied for Akwa Ibom State University, Ikot Akpaden as First choice and scored 180 and above in the last UTME that the 2014/2015 Post Utme screening has been announced For Admission into the 2014/2015 academic session.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Interested candidates will be required to attend the exercise with a non-refundable screening fee of N2,000.00 (two thousand naira) only in bank draft purchased from any of the following banks nationwide:
Zenith Bank
Akwa Savings and Loans Limited
United Bank for Africa
First Bank Plc
Ecobank
Union Bank

The bank draft should be made payable to Akwa Ibom State University, Ikot Akpaden, Mkpat Enin.

SCREENING DATE
The Akwa Ibom State University screening exercise is scheduled to hold on Thursday, August 28, 2014. The admission screening will be conducted at the two campuses of the University simultaneously as follows:

MAIN CAMPUS, IKOT AKPADEN, MKPAT ENIN

FACULTY OF ENGINEERING: Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering
Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering ,Marine Engineering.

FACULTY OF EDUCATION: Education/Chemistry, Education/Physics, Education/Biology,Education/Integrated Science, Education/Mathematics.

FACULTY OF NATURAL AND APPLIED SCIENCES: Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Physics, Geology, Biological Sciences, Botany, Genetics and Biotechnology, Zoology, Microbiology

OBIO AKPA CAMPUS, ORUK ANAM/UKANAFUN LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS

FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE: Agricultural Economics/Extension, Animal Science, Soil Science, Crop Science.

FACULTY OF ARTS: Performing (Theatre) Arts, English and Literary Studies, Religious Studies, Philosophy, History and, International Studies, Mass Communication

FACULTY OF SOCIAL AND MANAGEMENT SCIENCES: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Public Administration, Political Science.

Screening will commence at 9.00 am prompt at the two (2) campuses. Candidates are, therefore, advised to arrive the venue of the screening exercise early.

INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL CANDIDATES

Candidates are to appear for screening with the following:
a. Bank draft as purchased
b. 2014/2015 UTME result slip showing the candidate’s photograph in colour
c. Three (3) Passport photographs
d. Writing materials which should include HB pencil, sharpener, eraser, ruler and ball-point pen.

Candidates are strongly advised not to come to the screening venue with GSM phones, calculators or any extraneous materials, as any violation of this instruction will be penalized.

Note: Akwa Ibom State University Post-UTME screening forms for First Choice Candidates for the 2014/2015 admissions, are not sold online. Therefore, candidates and the general public are advised to ignore any such information.
